Learning Journal
You are required to keep a running journal of your learning experience in the course.
Learning happens through a mix of theory, practice, thought and action, observation and interaction. Keeping a learning journal helps you to develop the habit of continuous learning, the ability to engage in self reflection and enhance your self awareness. When you write the journal, you should reflect and think critically about leadership and teamwork issues in your learning team, and articulate what you have learned from your participation in class discussions, activities and the assigned readings.
Post your reflection in your personal weblog.
